Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

• DOA (Dead on Arrival) Claims: If your package arrives with deceased inverts, report it within one hour of delivery via email. Be sure to include clear photos to qualify for a replacement.
• Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG): Orders over $80 are only covered if one-day shipping is selected.
• Shipping Schedule: All orders ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, regardless of the purchase date.
• Email Response Time: Emails are typically answered within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). We do not respond on weekends or holidays.
