i was only able to find an email when, after a week, my order still wasn’t even processed. at checkout it said my order was supposed to arrive in three days i emailed them when it still had not arrived as i was worried. i had somewhere to be for a few days and if they arrived too late i wouldn’t be home to check on them when they arrived so i detailed exactly that in the email. i never received a response back and the isopods came while i was away. i had to get my brother to go get them for me. just zero communication skills from this company. the isopods are good though. but i can’t say for certain cause im not gonna dig through their new home and stress them out to check on every single one of them as i wasn’t there to check them as i put them in.
