Tier 1 Isopod Mystery Box

I was given 2 different varieties of isopods, the sphagnum moss these isopods were shipped in was completely soaked, so soaked there was a substantial amount of water in the cups. One variety i received only had four surviors because the other ones drowned, the other variety had six survivors, but i was not given a 10 count, which is what it said on the cups they were shipped in. Overall i had a horrible experience buying this mystery box, this store isn't that far from my home and for this many to die only being in transit for two days is appalling, ive had isopods shipped from the other side of the country to my home and those all survived. Very disappointing

I got the tier 1 box and I love that I can choose the humidity! I’m more experienced in the higher humidity so choosing this option was so helpful to know I could care for my pods! All of them arrived alive and healthy and I just purchased another mystery box cant wait to see what I receive this time around!

I got 10 silver ghost all arrived alive and in a timely manor actually showed up a day early will definitely be purchasing more in the future

All the isopods came alive and well. The issue is I got a $25 box said to give $35 in value and I got 10 Glaciers ($20). I tried contacting them 10 days ago and have not gotten any reply.
