Zebras

There were hiccups with my order but they were attended to promptly, respectfully, and even generously as the vendor was very gracious in their efforts to rectify the previously mentioned hiccups. I received my animals, very quickly from when they shipped, and out of 20 expected animals in my order, only 2 died. Overall pleasant experience:)

I ordred six types of isopods with my order. They were unable to fulfill one of them. I received 5 of the 6 in the mail quickly after it took a week to processed. I was imeadetly
contacted to let me know that they could not fill the portion of my order. When I received my package 4 of my selections came in with no issues. However, one type came in with only two adults and after much serching I was able to find one very small pinhead sized baby. After several attempts to communicate the issue and the seller admitting that he sent me only two adults and 8 babies and my continuing to express my frustration and lack of satisfaction in a quick response. I was eventually offer to send new to compensate for those that I did not recive or a refund. I requested a full refund over two weeks ago and have yet to recive that or any future communication from the seller.

Adorable, one unfortunate DOA and one missing. But I’m still happy with them!

They all came alive! They were smaller than I expected but that’s totally ok and packaged very well!

Been ordering for awhile from WOI, almost my whole collection of 32 species, only had one bad experience during some cold weather and expensive pods which they corrected twice, you win some and lose some but better knowing the company has your back. I’ll be back sooner then I think I’m sure.
