Zebras arrived promptly and in great shape. My kiddo's first terrarium is off to a promising start!
All 30 Zebras arrived alive and active. Customer service responses were very timely and an overall good experience. Isopods were shipped securely with a heat pack, which likely came in handy because the 2-day shipping turned into a week before they arrived.

Took them a week to ship it. They claimed the weather was bad, Im a bit skeptical but once it shipped, it was here quickly. Packed well and had a thermo pack and styrofoam in the box. They didnt send any extras but out of 30 I only lost 1. Im pretty pleased.
These little guys came in a box with insulating styrofoam, odor absorber, and newspaper for cushioning. They all made it safe and sound despite the delayed shipping. They're smaller than expected, I got a few adults and a few children. They're super cute though!
