my story

“i have not kept dead isopods. i have thrown them away. i am completely disappointed with the world of isopods service. it took 2 weeks to get here instead of 2 days and when they came dead i asked for a refund when i was asked to take a picture of the dead ones. i got out the most visible isopods and took a picture. checking if there were any survivors. there weren’t. so i threw them away and hoped that that was the end of troubles. i will not be buying again. thanks a lot” the email i had to send just to get my money back at least.

Zebras arrived promptly and in great shape. My kiddo's first terrarium is off to a promising start!

All came healthy

All 30 Zebras arrived alive and active. Customer service responses were very timely and an overall good experience. Isopods were shipped securely with a heat pack, which likely came in handy because the 2-day shipping turned into a week before they arrived.
