I did have 2 die within 48 hours, but they were on the larger size so it may have been old age. Otherwise the colony is doing great! Can't wait for mancae!

Placed an order while paying a lot of extra money for overnight priority on Friday the 26th of January so that it would be hopefully shipping in a nice weather window at the time but because of how my order is managed, it wasn’t shipped until Wednesday the 31st the following week, And my over night shipping won’t be fulfilled until 6 days, (not including Saturdays or sundays) on the 5th of February. It’s now sitting over the weekend in critical weather conditions. I just hope I get all my bugs alive
Hi Bradley! Like I mentioned in the email and how it says on our shipping policies page, no matter when the order is placed, we ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday every week to avoid multiple trips to the post office. However, I'm not sure why it has not arrived yet as we did ship it with priority mail express and it should have arrived by Friday. Like I said in the email, we can of course replace any isopods that arrive dead. So sorry about the situation!

Happy with my order of 20 isopods! All were delivered alive and shipped quick! One of the types I ordered were out of stock and I was contacted directly and able to substitute without any hassle. Definitely going to pick up some more!
