Care Information
-
Habitat: Prefers a vertically oriented enclosure with ample climbing opportunities. A 10-gallon tank can house a small group, furnished with live or artificial plants, cork bark, and hiding spots to mimic their natural environment.
-
Temperature and Humidity: Maintain temperatures between 70-85°F (21-29°C) with humidity levels around 60-70%, allowing for nighttime increases up to 80-90%. Regular misting helps achieve these conditions.
-
Diet: Omnivorous; feeds on a variety of insects such as flightless fruit flies, pinhead crickets, and small roaches. Supplement their diet with commercial gecko diets and occasional offerings of pureed fruits.
-
Behavior: Primarily nocturnal but may exhibit activity during the day. They are social creatures that thrive in groups, often engaging in communal egg-laying and displaying minimal aggression toward conspecifics.
Live Arrival Guaranteed
Note: Due to their small size and agility, ensure enclosures are secure to prevent escapes. Regular monitoring of temperature and humidity, along with a varied diet, will promote a healthy and active colony.
