Terrible experience. This seller charged $170 for shipping but used 3-day USPS Priority Mail Express for my $2,000 live isopod order, directly violating their own 1-day shipping policy for high-value items. The package was severely delayed, arriving after 6 days, and lacked proper ventilation and a contact number on the label, compromising the live animals. Communication was consistently poor, with replies taking days, and they even delayed shipment for almost a month without notice due to a vacation. When I refused the compromised package, they resorted to threatening to blacklist me. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable for live animal sales.
