Very confused because this is a “starter culture” for $45. I dont know if springtail selling standards have changed unbeknownst to me, but I’ve never heard of 2 adult springtails being a starter culture? I’ve received 2 adults that I could find, and when I confronted the seller, they admitted to selling me 2 adults and 2 babies that were supposedly hiding in the moss (that I couldn’t find. I was very thorough to make sure there were any more). Still, I had only ever found those couple adults, and even if there were 4 (2 adults and 2 babies), in my opinion, that’s not a culture. I personally feel like this is false advertising, and for the price I paid expecting an actual culture, I can’t say I’ll be buying from here again. I’m very dissapointed and honestly not even looking to speak to the seller about it again because I’m not only very frustrated, but just tired of how much back and forth communication I’ve had to do over something I feel should have been done correctly the first time

Very unhappy

Very unhappy with the service I received from this company the world of isopods there was only four of them in the container alive and three or four on the lid squished saying there was 30 plus there was no way even the container set 25 plus is what was supposed to be in it after the world of I supposed agreed to send me a different item because of the springtail culture collapse I'm assuming I was sent whatever is left over when I was told I was going to be sent Isopods instead for the replacement that we had agreed on in a email instead I was sent four red springtails and was told when I mentioned I feel like I had been scammed we're planning on sending me the isopods as well to my confusion I don't understand why you would send them separately? Needless to say I never got the refund refund after I ask and was told I was refunded even had to go through PayPal to see if it had been refunded no was the answer! Very poor way to do business!

Ooops I did not get them

Hi 👋. The last email told me my order will be filled when new springtails arrived… or I could choose to choose an other item $40 value or get a refund.
Should you choose another item?
